The last ten years of my career I have been a fractional HR leader for multiple companies of various sizes and industries. It Is important for each company have its own unique culture that sustains growth. Frontier HR Collective is not a PEO, we are a strategic business partner embedded in your mission.
I have had the great opportunity to have experienced Human Resources from almost every angle over my career. I have been an HR Intern, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner and the Head of HR. Earning my Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Central Oklahoma and gaining my professional certifications SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, and PHR and supporting emerging companies to complex enterprises.
